Welcome! I am a quantitative ecologist broadly interested in the eco-evolutionary dynamics of global change. In recent decades, we have begun to better understand both the magnitude of changes humans are imposing on the planet and the capacity of populations to evolve rapidly in response to novel selection pressures. My research combines theoretical models, targeted experiments, and genomic analyses to better understand how rapid evolution might affect species’ responses to global change, and thus inform future conservation efforts.
I am currently working at the University of Minnesota, but I will be joining the Department of Botany at the University of Wyoming next fall (2019) and am looking for graduate students to join the lab. If you are interested, please check out the Join the lab page and get in touch with me!
